“Dead Sirius 3000” finishes successful mini-tour in Germany
On Stagelink Finish band Dead Sirius 3000 started concerts in Cologne, Frankfurt and Berlin and financed them via crowd funding. Artists, management, promoter and fans embraced the new booking tool, its easy handling and the very positive feedback.
More than 300 fans made it possible for Dead Sirius 3000 to tour in Germany. They voted for the band on www.stagleink.com to play in Cologne, Frankfurt and Berlin. Afterwards the fans bought tickets in advance to cover the band’s touring expenses. The venue in Cologne - the Stadtgarten - was already booked beforehand; Orange Peel in Frankfurt and Privatclub in Berlin were happy to host the shows due to the ongoing successful ticket sales.
During this tour Dead Sirius 3000 played most of the tracks of their current release “Get Sirius” and a couple of arrangements of guitarist and singer Petteri Sariola’s tunes. The group is completed by Jukka Backlund (drums) and his brother Tapio (bass) and convinces with interesting compositions, excellent technical skills as well as charisma and humor. The rock trio’s positive energy was passed on to the audience and made for a cheerful sentiment at all of the three shows. The band celebrated the joint success together with their fans and was grateful for their support: “Many thanks to our fans who made these shows possible. And big hugs to the guys from Stagelink for their amazing help before and during the tour.”
Hailie Schwarz from Pool Promotion, Dead Sirius 3000’s manager, also was more than satisfied with the result of the small tour: “At first I was a little skeptical as to whether this new concept would actually work, but after these three shows that have been incredibly successful and perfectly planned I am sure that Stagelink will be able to really change the live music industry.”
